New Patient Information

  • We provide specialized care from newborns through age 18 years old.
  • Routine well exams are scheduled at the following ages: newborn, 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months, 3 years old and then yearly through age 18 years old.
  • Same Day Sick Visits
  • ADD/ADHD visits are scheduled every 3 months (more frequently for medication changes)
